Siblings Cherie Armfelt and Jason Rosvold grew up in the carpet cleaning business, working alongside parents Richard and Phyllis McNutt, who founded Aqua Steam in 1985. When their parents were ready to retire, it made perfect sense to be their successors. Since purchasing Aqua Steam in 2009, the brother/sister team has taken the family business to the next level in certifications, technology, processes and customer satisfaction.

Cherie Armfelt
Co-Owner, Office Manager
Cherie's Bio
Cherie is a proud co-owner at Aqua Steam Services. With a career in customer service spanning over two decades, her role as office manager and client service specialist is the ideal fit for her, the company and our customers.
Born and raised in Lethbridge, Cherie’s career with the company began in 2006. She started out learning the carpet and upholstery cleaning trade alongside her brother Jason, then became a Certified Carpet Cleaning Technician. When she took on the roles of office/accounts manager and client care specialist, these many hours of hands-on experience gave her invaluable insight and a deep understanding of how best to provide our customers with the support they need. Cherie truly has a passion for people and building long-lasting relationships with our team members and clients. Whether it is a question about a do-it-yourself spot cleaning, getting an idea of costs and process, booking an appointment, billing or some friendly advice, she is happy to chat! Talk soon!
Jason Rosvold

Jason's Bio
Jason is co-owner of Aqua Steam Services and lead cleaning technician with multiple IICRC certifications, including:
- Carpet Cleaning
- Upholstery & Fabric Cleaning
- Stone, Masonry & Ceramic Tile Cleaning
- Odour Control
- Journeyman Textile Cleaner
Jason joined the Aqua Steam team in 2002, learning from the carpet cleaning guru and former owner (and stepdad) Richard McNutt. Before joining Aqua Steam Services, Jason was a meatpacking plant department manager for several years. The managerial skills he gained in this role are still a great asset for our day-to-day operations. If you need a carpet and upholstery cleaning specialist, Jason is your guy. His industry experience includes more than 10,000 hours of operating time on the truck mount machine, more than 3 million ft2 of carpet and thousands of pieces of furniture cleaned. Jason has found a passion for maintaining customer satisfaction in his growing business. For him, no job is complete without a smile.
Clayton Coulthard

Clayton's Bio
Clayton Coulthard is one of Aqua Steam’s talented IICRC Certified Carpet Cleaning Technicians. Clay joined Aqua Steam Services in September 2016, working alongside Jason. He quickly made himself a valued member of our team and has since attained his IICRC carpet and upholstery cleaning certification.
Originally from the Kelowna area, Clay brings a wealth of knowledge from 15 years in a wide range of customer service-related roles and ten years of business management experience. His eye for detail, flair for customer service and pride in quality workmanship shine at every job location. Clay truly meets and exceeds Aqua Steam Services’ quality guarantee and definitely maintains our company slogan of Experience The Clean Difference.
Spencer Trott

Spencer's Bio
Spencer Trott joined the Aqua Steam team in August 2017 and is one of our assistant technicians. Spencer immediately identified with our company slogan of Experience the Clean Difference. Whether on the job site or as our acting customer service representative for incoming inquiries, Spencer proudly represents Aqua Steam, giving our clients the experience they have learned to expect.
Born in Calgary, Spencer earned his way to Lethbridge through cleaning. Now with over a decade of experience in both domestic and commercial janitorial work, Spencer brings his integrity, respect, and joy of meeting your pets to Aqua Steam, along with his hard work and dedication. Assisting our technicians with all aspects of each booking from set-up to completion, answering phones and questions alike, he is always happy to help.
