When I called Aqua Steam I talked to Cherie and she explained part of the service and she gave me an approximate estimate. Jason was here on time with his assistant and he explained the service in detail and they went to work. Excellent job, the cleaned my carpets beautifully. All the traffic areas and stains were gone. I was so happy. Excellent service, quick, no mess, no smell or harsh odors. I would definately use them again and recommend them to family and friends. Thanks Aqua Steam!

I can’t say enough good things about Aqua-Steam! I have had them many times to come into clean my carpets since building our home in 2011. At this point, my carpets are getting older and showing some wear in some spots, so much so that I thought they may need to be replaced at some point in the near future. I recently had Jason back before Christmas to do a thorough cleaning and Scotchgard treatment. I have to say, my carpets look almost as good as new as I couldn’t be happier! I highly recommend Aqua-Steam! My carpets are restored to their beauty once again because of their service!

Had a VERY good experience with Aqua Steam cleaners. They were on time, placed protection on the floors, corners of walls,etc and were very careful. Did a complete and thorough job on my carpets and stairs and then explained drying time, scotch guarding options and general care of carpets. Very professional and knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend them if you need carpets cleaned or tile or furniture!

We have used Aqua Steam twice now to clean our carpets, both times they have been quick, effiecent and professional. We have tried cleaning our own carpets and will not do it again! They were able to get the stains out and it took half of the time that it took for us to do them ourselves. We would recommend their services to anyone!

The two gentlemen from Aqua Steam arrived on time and after confirming a quote I had been given on the phone, got to work and were on their way after an hour. The carpets look like new and the upholstery is fresh and clean. I was provided with clear and thorough follow up information including how long to stay off the carpet etc. I would highly recommend this company for carpet and upholstery cleaning.

Very professional and an excellent job done! Had taken care of friends puppy who became ill and Aqua Steam was able to take out all the “accidents”. Highly recommend them for any pet cleanup or anythings else that needs special attention, they are very knowledgeable and have the equipment to get it out, the first time!
